1. The Service

CrewSync is a schedule management and sharing tool. Features may be added or changed with notice, and some features (AI analysis, live flight lookups) may have free usage limits.

2. Accounts

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. Do not upload or share someone else's schedule without their consent.

3. Acceptable use

• No scraping, automated abuse, or resale of the Service or its APIs.
• No attempts to guess or brute-force other people's Safe Link tokens.
• No unlawful content or content that violates others' rights.

4. Important — informational only (disclaimer)

Schedules and flight information shown by the Service (including AI results and live status) are for reference only. Errors and delays are possible. Always confirm duty and flight decisions with your employer's or airline's official sources. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by reliance on the Service (missed duties, missed flights, etc.).

5. Intellectual property

The Service's design, code and marks belong to the operator. Your uploaded data remains yours.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Accounts in material breach of these terms may be restricted after notice (immediately in urgent cases).

7. Governing law
